Hello, my name is Rhian. As a mother of three young children and a certified infant & child sleep consultant, I understand the emotional toll that lack of sleep can bring to the entire family.

I founded Little Dreamers Baby Sleep Co 5 years ago because I believe that a healthy relationship with sleep is crucial to the growth & development of your child and to you becoming a confident parent.
